RB Partners is a group of companies established in 2004. Managing Partners of the Group held top positions in the largest Russian financial institutions (Alfa Group, Interros Group, VTB, Basic Element, Deutsche UFG, The Sputnik Group) and in international auditing and consulting companies (PwC and EY).

RB Partners provides services in the area of M&A and corporate finance to MidCap companies, venture capital fundraising to innovative companies on «seed» and «early» stages, as well as arranges and supports foreign trade operations of clients.

Since 2004, the Company has successfully completed over 80 M&A projects exceeding US$2.5 billion and has invested in four IT companies in Moscow and St. Petersburg.

In 2010 the RB Partners Group became a member of the Globalscope International Association that specializes in M&A and corporate finance services and includes 55 investment banking advisory firms from 48 countries around the World.

RB Partners is a member of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, of the Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry and of the St. Peterburg Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

In 2015, the Company also joined the Business Council for Cooperation with India.

To date, the RB Partners Group includes the investment banking company RB Partners, the venture investment fund RB Capital, the financial broker RB Garant, the IT-company RB Technologies, the foreign trade company RB Trading, and also several portfolio companies and has over 300 highly qualified professionals. The Group offices are located in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Hong Kong, Larnaca, Almaty and Tashkent.
