Westminster University in Tashkent conducted an annual tradition of a Career Day for its students. Reputable companies from the different areas of business were invited, including RB Asia international consultancy company. The purpose of this event was to provide students with a dynamic and tangible experience that facilitates a connection between their academic pursuits and professional endeavors in the future.
Career Fair at WIUT provided RB Asia with a good platform to network and build rapport with potential candidates. Moreover, an access to a large number of candidates in a one-stop environment was gained. An event was conducted for 3 hours, where recruiters of RB Asia met with dozens of candidates per representative and had the chance to have a face-to-face interaction with candidates that are interested to work in this company.
Based on brief interactions at a career fair table with students of WUIT, recruiters of RB Asia invited many students for testing to have an oppotrunity to know the level of their knowledge suitable for work in the company and decided to offer job positions for those who passed testing with satisfactory results.
Abdusaid Abdullaev is one of the candidates participated in competitive selection process and who received an offer.
