Konstantin is a co-founder of the RB Partners Group and has more than 25 years of experience in the banking and financial advisory sectors. Prior to establishing RB Partners, Konstantin was Vice President of VTB Bank and Head of MIS in Alfa-Bank, Manager at PwC. Konstantin is in charge of the general coordination of the Group’s activity.

Prior to establishing RB Partners, Constantin worked in executive positions in the Interros Group, leading Russian banks and was President of the National Registry Company. Constantin is in charge of pre-investment preparation projects, protection of investor/creditors’ rights and venture capital projects.

Doniyor is the head of RB ASIA and has 10 years of experience in finance and management. He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, was CEO and CFO in international companies. His articles on the subject of economics and investments were published in Japan, Russia and Uzbekistan. Doniyor is responsible for running RB ASIA.
